There will never be a best Anti-Virus or Firewall because that's just not how Anti-Virus/Firewall works. There will always be virus out there that's going to be leave undetected so just be smart. I recommend these software below. aVast Anti-Virus: @ http://www.avast.com , it's free Comodo Anti-Virus/Firewall @ http://www.comodo.com , it's also free I use these 2 as a combo to fight off virus and so far it works great. The firewall settings can be annoying at first but trust me it's worth it.
