  With genuine honest information backed up by genuine honest sources. There are easier jobs that don't require as much research though, like new page patrolling which is what I usually do. Basically just means watching the new page logs for things that stick out and then examining them and tagging them appropriately, often with speedy delete tags when its an article that obviously has no business being on wikipedia. Also, I use Twinkle, a set of scripts available on wiki that vastly improve and speed up the tagging process, among other things.
