How do you do that? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1951_Cicero_Riots I want to change it to Cicero Race Riots, 1951 like that so how do you do it?

Answer:
Make a new article with the wanted name and copy/paste the contents from the old one into the one you just made. Then, redirect the old page to the new one by removing all the text and replacing it with just '#REDIRECT [[PAGENAME]]'
