make sure it's not all ready on wikipedia, and that your a auto-confirmed user (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:AUTOCONFIRM ) if all is good go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload note: if you don't know if your an auto confirmed user when on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload try to find the edit, but next to read if it says: View source then look at the conditions to become an auto-confirmed user and do them
