Wikipedia editing help with front page image input?

I'm trying to post an image on the page, but I don't know how? And it's the main image you see at the top of the page (in which the subject, that its talking about)

Even if you were an administrator, posting a picture on the main page is both difficult to figure out, unless you do it every day, and subject to intense inside Wikipedia politics. I don't think I would try, and I am not only an administrator, but considered part of the ruling cabal.

You don't sound like an Administrator. Only appointed administrators can edit the main page.
