  As another answerer has suggested, you really need to look into the history of pages associated with the Community TV show; this is far more important than looking at any general style or content guidelines. I did so and found two big red flags immediately. First, there is a list article linked from the Community (TV series) article. The summary for each character there is fairly detailed for a list, which is usually a strong indication the items in the list were deemed not important enough for separate articles. Otherwise, the list summaries would be shorter and there would be links to individual articles. Also, the sub-cabal that controls this subject matter, WikiProject Television, has already decreed the characters of this show to be of "Low-importance on the project's importance scale". Worse still, an article on Jeff Winger was merged to other Community articles just last month because he is deemed not "notable" enough for his own article. While I suppose you could grovel and beg before El Hefe de la Television for your separate articles, it's exceedingly unlikely the TV sub-cabal would overrule such a recent precedent ("consensus"). If you are still keen on writing your character bios, I would strongly suggest doing it elsewhere. Persisting on this issue at Wikipedia will likely get you blocked or banned for "disruption".
