That image is not released under a free license, nor could it reasonably be considered "fair use" in Wikipedia. Therefore, I suggest that you learn some more about image rights before you even trouble yourself with the (very simple) process of uploading an image to Wikimedia Commons, then displaying it in a Wikipedia article.
