  In order to post the picture you link to to Wikipedia, there would first need to be a Wikipedia article, or portion of an article, on the subject of the remix album to justify the upload under Wikipedia's fair use policy (a discography alone is not enough under this policy). The fair use policy applies here because the cover is almost certainly copyrighted. Such a article, or portion of an article, does not appear to currently exist, so the picture cannot qualify. Even if such an article is later written on Wikipedia, and you can qualify the image under the fair use policy, uploading it could still be a problem.
