Uncyclopedia is the only one I know about. It's got a lot of stupid "random" crap on there, but it's funny sometimes. Encyclopedia Dramatica is supposed to be funny, but it's just for 4chan crap and stuff like that. It gets old pretty fast, IMO. They seem to think brainless insults, racial humor, gore, and 4chan memes are "teh win".
