How do you make an entirely new article on Wikipedia?

First, type the title of your article in the search box, then click go. It will tell you that no page with that title exists, so click on the red link 'create the page'. Make sure you preview when you're finished, so it is good enough to exist as at least a stub. Make sure you reference your material, and as long as the page is relevant, it won't be deleted.
