Yes you may, so long as you remember to attribute it in some way to the uploader.

You can use it. Be sure and list the publisher/owner on your website for the credits for the picture though. I seriously doubt if anyone would stick to a strong copyright here since you aren't getting money for it. Copyrights are usually on the pics-might also say TM.
