How do you make a new page/article/description on Wikipedia?

First you need to create an acocunt if you haven't done so, because you can't create a new article without one. Next, you need to type the name of the article you are starting in the search box. If nothing comes up, it should read as 'there is article here' and give you the option of starting one. Click on the link it provides and start the article.
