HOW DO YOU EDIT WIKIPEDIA USER PAGE??????HELP!!!!?

First of all, if you're using Internet Explorer, get a better browser, like Safari, Firefox, or Chrome. Second, clear your browser's cache. If you can't access the page at < http://enwp.org/WP:BYPASS > for instructions, try Google's cache at < http://google.com/search?q=cache:-zp3Yk1Dek8J:en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bypass_your_cache+bypass+your+cache&cd=1&hl=en > (if that link doesn't work, hit the "cached" link for the top result at < http://lmgtfy.com/?q=bypass+your+cache >). If that doesn't work, try completely closing and restarting your browser. If this *still* doesn't work, try going to < http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences > and make sure that under the "Editing" section the "Use external editor by default" option is unchecked, as that requires very special settings to work properly. Erase your history and restart your computer. Make sure you are using a normal browser like IE or firefox. If that doesn't work, run a full virus scan, and if that doesn't work, you will probably need to reinstall your operating system.
