Go to a Wikipedia page that you like, and that is simple. Using your browser click "file" and "save page as", and save it to your hard drive. Then find the .html file and open it with any text editor (notepad, Microsoft word...). there will be a lot of html code there, so if you don't know how to read it, just start looking for stuff in there that makes sense (or use the "find" feature of the editor), that you can see and read when you look at the page in your browser.
