They have no right to be on your account. Go to the school board with this, he is probably looking at them at night the sickooooo. Hope he gets his/her put in jail.

sometimes people have their profiles set to where friends of friends can see the profile, or certain parts of it so if your friend has it set so that friends of his/her friends can view it, and the school principal and him have a friend in common (or one of his teachers and him have a friend in common and the teacher went to the principal and logged in on their account) then he'd be able to see it alternatively, one of his friends ratted him out and opened the facebook profile for the principal, and then left while your friend was getting in trouble. or if hes in a school network on facebook they may be able to check it anyway

if you are tagged in a photo that is on someones profile (that isn't set to private), then anyone can see it.

That's odd, but maybe if one of his friend's is your friend's friend, on Facebook. He can access it that way. Or sometimes there is a program you can buy to look into those things. If it's on the internet, it's not private, so you never know.
