Facebook has blocked. how can access it without catching to the administrator?

Just google "proxy", you'll find thousands of sites which will allow you to login on facebook. And, just clear the cache before leaving da pc. That's all.

Try an anonymous website unblocker and online privacy tool like http://www.matrixproxy.net. With that site you can access all the websites your network admin and/or country don't want you to be looking at.
