What are the differences of myspace and facebook? which is better? safer? etc?

I live in the UK and here MySpace is as dead as a door nail. It was reasonably popular for some time until a mass migration took place. Now damn near everyone I know is on Facebook and many of them have never even heard of MySpace. Facebook is much much safer than MySpace. When I had MySpace, I got literally hundreds of friend requests a week that were spam and loaded with viruses. Facebook is a much more secure network, and you can set your privacy settings to allow only certain people to see your profile. Also, I think Facebook is just plain better.

Face book is more organized and easier to use. Both are pretty safe, I use myspace mostly, but you if you use myspace you need to set your privacy settings so only approved people can see your page. There is always risks to posting things on the internet, so don't put anything on there that you don't want other people to see

Myspace is better if you want to personalize your account. You can do a lot more with myspace to make it your own style. With facebook everyone's account is basically the same. It is a good thing because it is a lot more organized and easy to use. Both myspace and facebook are safe. You can edit privacy details in both depending on how many people you want to see your account and what exactly everyone can see. So if you want to make a unique profile use myspace. If you want to have an organized easy to use profile use facebook.

Facebook offers less customization, but I thinks it's easier to use. Both are pretty safe; Myspace can let everyone see your profile unless a block is turned on. Nobody can see your Facebook unless you approve them as a friend. I have both and prefer Facebook, but if you really want to make your profile personal, go with Myspace.
