yup happened in my school i never try to get on blocked site sbut ppl are always trying to get in. they used cipa filter(hardware filter) and blocked my list of proxies since it can block sites that even seem like proxys so it can block new proxy sites that were bearly created, so i started a new special list that can get threw the hardware filter, http://teamhelper.proboards49.com/index.cgi?board=proxy but you have to be a member and pm an admin for the password. then check under New Filter Proxys here is one http://friendsters.org/ try that. good luck
