It's illegal activity, and if it's discovered, yes. People have been prosecuted for things that they advertised like that. For example, the Penn State students who abused the Ohio State fans after losing the football game on YouTube.

No, but if they were ever to bring you up on charges for using or dealing coccaine then this would be used to their advantage and any, why would anyone want to, kinda stupid really.

Like a few others said, it'd would have to be proven that the substance was, in fact, cocaine. Who do you think would try to press charges anyway? I seriously doubt anyone would be sad enough to give a flying feck. That said I'm not sure why anyone would feel the need to post such a pic..........
