How does the new stalker application of Facebook work?

Facebook stalker application thing!? Help!?

    Step 1: CALM DOWN. I stalk people all the time, but if you haven't "interacted" with his profile i.e. liked, commented, or wall posted, then you won't show up on his stalker list. The first few people on that application are accurate, the rest are rather sketchy, since it's based only off the people who have interacted with you. For example, I stalk a certain person a lot, but I checked their stalker list and I'm not there because I've never "interacted" with him! It says this right when you get the app, in a box at the top of the page. Good Luck! I hope it turns out for the best :)

1. delete your account and make a whole new one before he gets the app 2. tell him for some reason whenever you open facebook on your iPhone (even if you don't have one) say for some reason it always opens on his page. 3. say one time your computer was going so slow and you just happened to be looking at his page, so you kept refreshing the page a bunch of times to make your internet go faster.

I just freaked out about the same thing about 30 seconds ago lol. I decided to just download the app to see what would happen, and it only shows the people who have commented you, not the people who have just viewed your page. It even says this when it gives me my "stalker list" "For privacy reasons, this app only lists users who have interacted with your profile at least once during your friendship (e.g. by writing on your wall, or liking something). Real stalkers (the creepy kind) are protected by Facebook Privacy, and will never be revealed, by this or any other app." You're all good!

OH NO OH NO OH NO!!! it actually works! F*** F*** F***..... I checked my crushes stalkers' list and i show up in the top five... n the last time i interacted with him through fb is what ....5 months ago?.... but i look at his profile every single day!!! OH NO I M SO DEAD!!! I hope he has not found the application yet...coz if he has i am so dead! i deactivated my profile...hope fb does something about it! plz remove the application! plzzzz

No it does not work, it simply counts you wall post, likes, and comments towards him. Its quite simple, so its nothing to worry about, but everybody is right, you should make a move on him if you like him. Chances are he likes you too. Good luck.

Lol apparently I was like thirty people's number 2 or 3. I just laughed. I mean, the whole idea of facebook is to look at/comment on other people's profiles. It just shows you are an avid user.

Oh crap i didnt know they had this but i look at my crushes profile like everyday lol. Idk ive never heard of this application i think its just a rumor. If I were u i wouldnt stress lurk at his profile all u want ;]

As some people have pointed out before, it's not actually real, or true. It's against facebooks privacy rules to actually be able to do that. I was on somebody's list, and I've only been on their profile a couple times. So there isn't really anythign you can do about it.
