The webpage needs to be refreshed or it may be down . If this does not work re send the password confirm email to your Gmail account and try it out from there again .

Just a thought,If you have a firewall on,turn it off for a moment while you hit the link. Firewalls will stop then from working and not except cookies if setting are not correct. It also says the page is closed for maintenance maybe wait till later. I have had the problem before with firewalls though.
