How do you make a moving display pic on MSN?

    i dont know if this only works with windows live messenger, but you should try clicking on the drop-down menu where your screen name is and go down to where it says "create a dynamic display picture" which directs you to kiwee, quebles and weemee. if this option isnt there for you, try downloading the latest version of windows live onto your computer.

I've tried to find the answer of this too But I don't think that it lets you I have a couple of moving pictures form msndollies.com but no they don't seem to move The only pictures that move are the msn avatars that can be bought online.
