How can I get back a contact on MSN I accidently deleted if I don't remember his email?

I accidently deleted this guy instead of just blocking him because I didnt want to IM him at the time. Do you know how I can get that contact back on my list if i forgot his email?

Go to options, like you would to change your name. Then go to sharing folders. It night be there..it depends on what messenger you have (older or newer)
