Is there a way you can find out who has blocked you on MSN?

MSN is blocked by IT, can anybody help me out. how to use MSN even its blocked by IT??? is there any way?

If it is blocked at your workplace, bypassing such blocks amounts to Tampering - a criminal misdemeanor. Your boss would be entitled to have you arrested, but would most likely simply fire you. Those "idiots" are acting under orders from their boss and if they refused to follow those orders, could lose their own jobs.

you cant unblock it unfortunately! if this is in school, like it is in my school, you can get expelled, suspended or even fined for trying to tamper with it, which you cant really do anyway, so its not gonna be worth it! sucks, doesnt it? "/
