Why can't i open up a msn hotmail acc? how do i find my friends on msn?

I have tried to open hotmail acc but not managed also can't get friends how do i do that

you need to sign up for a hotmail account www.hotmail.com a free account, then you need the latest versaion of windows live messenger which is 8.1 i am believing.

i think the problem is that u went to the wrong website... try to get an account from the website www.msn.com then click hotmail and create a new account from there cause if u directly applying through www.hotmail.com it might not work sometime
