Msn contacts showing up as offline?

    if they havent assigned a : "name" then the only you see is their EMAIL ADDRESS as a name the offline showing is up to them , because they can contact you and when "offline"

maybe they blocked you or are clicking appear offline. also people need to accept you. b4 they do u can't recieve any personal info from them like pictures or nreceive anything. fone them up or something n c if they added yhuu. hope this helps.

Even if you exchange contacts in the Windows Live Messenger, Messenger still sends the contacts you've added a request, if they want to approve you to their contact list. If they clicked no, they will appear offline and you won't have a clue why.
