Go to Tools at the top of messenger.....then options....then privacy...then on the "allow list" right click on there name and click delete but you can also just send them across to BLOCK....hope that helps........afterthat...see the little "view"box....click on it and it will show you who has you on their list...the person might still have you but..they will never know if u are online or not....

If you delete them off your list, you will remain on theirs. If you block them, they cannot see you online.
