the ones who have it blacked out means you are still on their list and you cant delete them unless you delete them the ones who you can press delete means they are not on your list and have deleted you

ive had the same problem unfortuently you cant delete them if you are on their contact list...and the only way is to send them a message asking to be deleted from their contact list..if they dont then you are stuck with them ..

try unblocking them from the main menu where is says there online or not, and then click on them and hit delete. It should work
