    first u have to delete all cookies and messenger with this,http://ccleaner.com/ now u can download messenger new. also get this home edition of,http://avast.com/ with avast u can get rid of the errors,best of luck.

the same thing happened to me so i made a different user acount on the computer login screen and now it works fine.
