    If you are using the full MSN software, then it is reading the connection type as dial up instead of using your highspeed modem. This is not hard to fix. Simply click Connection Settings o the sign in screen, select your connections name, usually it says home, and click modify this connection. Tell it to connect using my highspeed connection or LAN and click save, then click OK. This should take you back to the sign in screen, and allow you to sign in. Its a common issue when you have both broadband and MSN, so chin up! you are not the only one.

if you've got a modem..just reset it and it should work :D it "refreshes" msn because sometimes msn is retarded and if you have dial up..restart your computer
