Get Windows Live Messenger 9 from http://download.live.com/messenger and save it if you have to. Then run the file.

I met this problem last time too. Delete le old Ver of Msn 1st and do a Re install in Download.com. When is done, Dont Load the file 1st, Do a Restart in your com 1st den load the file. This is how i download it. Hope this help you. K>A>Z
