    Ah, well sometimes, the robot go offline. Basically they shut down. They do not operate any longer. For example, I had myfashionablelife on my contact list, she used to talk, however a few months back on her PM it said- I'm going offline soon. And then after a few weeks she was offline and stayed that way. Obviously when you added them they had already gone offline. I hope I helped you! xxx
