How find i find my old MSN Contacts list ?

    Go to Start, Search then type in *.ctt and search for that and it should come up if it's still on your computer.

If you have exported the contact list, try searching "contacts" in the search bar in the start menu.

Neither Windows Live Messenger nor old versions of said software named "MSN Messenger" save contact lists locally, as they are stored on Microsoft servers - this is so that you have the same contact list when you sign in on any other computer. Unless you used some third party backup solution (none of which I am aware of) then you cannot retrieve your contact list from your own computer.

i dont think your contacts are stored locally at all - i reckon MSN just sent it to you when you sign in.
