hi I'm italian and I don't speak engliish well!!yes you can to change man passwords..in the first page there are a "window" in which is written "do you want do change passwords"? in italian msn is like this

Well if you have your password that gets you into your account, to the right there's a small button that says 'options'. Click on that and in that section there is a place to make a new password. Good luck! :)

If someone already compromised your account, you can go for Help link in MSN homepage and ask the MSN customer service to help you settle this problem

If you can't change it the normal way just create a new account since you already lost everything anyway. :).
