You can't get them in trouble, as there is no proof they did something. I would advise you to change your password and secret question to be on the safe side.

The email you received could be a "phishing" scam as well. Phishing is an attempt by someone to get personal information from you like credit card information or in your case a password. There's alot of scams like this on the net Ignore and delete that email. Change your password just to be safe so only YOU have access to your account.

It could be and Inoccent error. for example you could have an [email protected] and the person doing the reset request could have the same name as you but an email address like so [email protected] and misstyped it keep an eye on your account for a while.
