Goto control panel unistall or remove hardware search for it click unistall

hit start,control panel,add/remove programs.in vista its the same way but its the programs icon

The way you delete software is to go under add/remove programs (type it in in the help menu and it'll bring it RIGHT up). Then go to windows live messanger when that comes up (the add/remove menu) and remove the program.
