Why does Windows Live Messenger close unexpectedly?

How do you close your windows live messenger account?

  • NOT HOTMAIL!! i have closed the hotmail account but i also want to close the messenger account please help me i have tryed everything

    there is no way to close it except leave it be for a period of time. i say about 7 month to 1 year

The messenger account will cease to exist after you close the hotmail account in the same email address. There linked, without one you can't ahve the other. However they aren't deleted there just dormant, after a year of no use after closing hotmail it will be deleted of there systems. Until then it just simply sits there waiting for you to re-open it. Leave the messanger account for a year and it will no longer exist. there is no way of closing it, as sson as you closed hotmail it closed as well.

go 2 ur removable programmes on ur control panel click on messenger on ur computer then it will ask u do u want 2 uninstall click yes
