How can I use my yahoo email account on Windows Live Messenger?

i have windows live messenger and use it with my hotmail account, but i want to switch it over so that i can use my yahoo address instead.

yahoo and live messenger don't get along together, always fight(lol) and the answer is "NO"

I believe Yahoo requires a Yahoo email address only. That's my understanding, anyway.

LOOK, either answer my friend's question with a legit answer or don't post at all. She made her question crystal clear. If you don't understand why not ask what you didn't get. **EDIT** I would also like to add that she DOES NOT mean Yahoo Instant Messenger. Yes, it is possible to have a yahoo e-mail address while using MSN. She wants to know how to CHANGE her CURRENT Hotmail e-mail address, to her Yahoo address, so she can use it for MSN, without completely having to create a new MSN id with her Yahoo adress/ re-add friends.
