Windows Live Messenger & windows messenger both won't work?

this similar problem happened to me, i always re-installed it and it never would work right...My problems were solved when i used the toolbar in internet explorer, install the msn toolbar for internet explorer and it will have the icon on there to start up windows live messenger, and that always worked for me, something else that worked was placing the windows live messenger in the quick launch bar, you just right click on your task bar (the bar with the start menu and the clock and such) and then go to toolbars then click on quick launch.....a series of icons should appear on ur taskbar, if windows live messenger is not already on it just go to ur programs in the start menu and drag it to the task bar then try to click it from there...both of these alternatives worked for me, i hope they work for you. If I were you I'd contact www.plumchoice.com. It is not free, but you have your computer work right? They are very efficient and very knowledgable. It sounds like you have a "vicious circle". Call them and open the account. You have to specify time on the provided calendar, when you are available and they WILL call you. They take over your computer and fix your problem.
