How do i download the new msn?

So i can't sign in because i need to download the newer msn, But when i try to download it is says its not working!! Why?!?!? its annoying me like mad. My computer is Vista

Are you the administer of the computer? If your not then you can't download it.... You need to log onto the administer account. But if you are then you should try downloading it from the microsoft website again... If it still doesn't work then try to contact the microsoft center and asked them what the problem is...
