isnt problem with msn its problem with yr internet protocol.yr bytes in recieved protocol not work.check yr provider and goodluck

Dee, was your MSM working some time ago and just recently gave you trouble? If so, you can get it back to normal by using "restore". Just hit Start, All Programs, Accessories, then System Tools. Scroll down and hit Restore, then choose a date a week or more ago when your MSM was working. Just click on next and next etc until your PC closes down and comes back up again. When it does you will have to click on OK at the lower right-hand corner of your screen. When your desktop comes up your MSM problem should be fixed. Hope this works for you. Good luck.
