    sign in to hotmail account as u normally do... then click on "options" from the right corner... (drop down list will appear)... from the list, click "more options" under the "manage your account"... click on "View and edit your personal information"... you might be asked to enter ur hotmail password again... (obviously enter the password)... you'll be now in "Account summary" page... click "settings" from the left hand side under the "Additional options" section, click on "close account"... ull be asked to enter ur password again to confirm it... thats it, ur done... hope it helps bye.
