    hmm i suggest gettin an eyetoy, i have one and use it as a webcam, the qualitys great and its not that expensive now plus it works faster depending on your computer good look

Restart your Computer, and make sure there arent to many programs running in the background or in the tasktray (next to the dat/time)

There may be several reasons why this is happening. First i would re-install MSN Messenger making sure you have the latest version. The if it still dose this re-install your webcam drivers. If it still continues to do the same problem it may be something to do with your internet connection or the internet connection of the person you are talking to. it can deped on where they are compared to you, like how close, and if you have dial up it can be harder, try uninstalling msn and the webcam software and reinstalling them, it might help
