Problem is on your browser.Try to do this Use Internet explorer go to TOOLS->iNTERNET OPTIONS-.THEN ON GENERAL TAB->CLICK ON DELETE(or delete files and cookies on some internet explorer depending on version)and then GO TO ADVANCE->RESET ADVANCED SETTINGS(restore default settings on some internet explorer version)APPLY then also uncheck ENABLE THIRD PARTY BROWSER EXTENSION ON THE WHITE BOX. close INTERNET EXPLORER and pull it up again.email me if u still ahve same prob

MSN is always having issues has been for years. If your connection is high speed and your friends is not it will be choppy. I close out of everything that I'm doing and then open MSN. It is not you it is them. John
