Problems with adding contacts on latest msn?

I'm new to MSN and have a qustion about adding contacts!?

Hello everyone! If you add a contact to your msn contacts list, does the other person get a notice that you've but them on your list? Thanks in advance!

so, it all depends if the person chose to be notified. If they did they will get a notification, if not they won't.

IF its on messenger they will get a little thing that pops up that says you added them and then they have to accept it. If it is just in e-mail then no. send an e-mail to all your freinds telling your new e-mail and that it is you.
