Why won't Windows Live Mail load up from MSN?

I had a mail from yahoo/msn,that i am a winner of the YAHOO/MSN and WINDOWS LIVE Award International p?

it's a scam. The dead giveaway is the fact that they wrote "Brain" instead of Brian. Twice.

W/O EVEN READING YOUR Q.... (no not out of disrespect. I don't even know if you're m or f lol) Don't do as it says. It's a waste of time. Never send $ to someone you don't trust. I know of this lady (former co-worker) who knew someone (her sis?) who paid for this cruise or whatever. Well, when they got there, the hotel didn't even EXIST !!! :@ So basically they scammed the couple/person in to thinking that it was real. We got those all the time @ work...faxes like that. "Stay @ ________ for __ days & ___ nights for only $200 !!!" :s Something to that effect. Edit: Oh yeah. After checking it out (after typing my reply) I also noticed that they typed "brain" instead of "Brian" :s
