Msn symbols ? there not working?

Im having trouble with msn i did have msn live and have no trouble with it but i downloaded msn plus and a couple of days after it all my msn logos went into symbols like a ...show more

This happened to me before and i just went to... Plus! > Preferences > Contact List > Custom Names > Un-checked "Unable custom names (activates "view by email") > Click "Apply" then "Ok" hope i helped.. ♥ Beautiful Disaster

When you chat with someone look if the logos are with the same symbol. If it is still same then try different symbols for different logos then try to change it back. If it till doesn't work then delete your account and make a new one or try it in a different computer.

Did you let the sponsor install when you downloaded plus?? If so, get shot of it all and start again!
