Website to check who deleted me off msn messenger?

In msn messenger at the top go to tools>>>>options>>>>privacy and there you should find a button that says view. That tells you who has you in their list. It doesnt say who has blocked you but you know if they have you in their list or not

I doubt any sites can accurately and safely do that. Just make a free Hotmail account and add that person as a friend. If they accept and stay online while they're offline on your main account then you know what happened.
