That is impossible with hot-mail. The only way, is to call them and tell them right then in there that you want to cancel. End of discussion. But they'll try to persuade you at their best. My brother in law ran into the same situation. They will hang on to you forever especially if you are paying them already. There is no way to contact them except for getting a hold of a cd that was sent through the postal mail. Look to see if you got one laying around in your house. There will be a customer service number on it. However, if you have free limited account, just don't use it. It will be automatically discontinued after so many days of it not being in use.

The easiest way is to just stop logging in. After a month or two of disuse, they delete it anyway. But you could also go through the options menu to properly cancel it.
