How can you tell if someone has blocked you on MSN and can they still receive your offline messages?

if someone has blocked you on msn you stop receiving their updates and they show constantly appear offline. offline messages cannot usually be sent if someone has blocked you... if you however block someone you still can see their personal messages...

Yes i think they can still get your messages or just email them. You can also find out websites that tell you if someone has blocked you.Maybe ask some friends if they have one.

There are alot of fakes out there that will give you viruses and or steal passwords. Just dont worry about it and dont stalk :)
